Let's break this question down, carefully. One-fifth of the 2,500 members of a club are female; that's 500 women, which leaves 2,000 men. Of those 500 women, one-fifth leave the club. One-fifth of 500 is 100, so 100 women leave the club, leaving 400 women, 2,000 men, and 2,400 members total.

Now we have some hard numbers to plug into the question: What percent of the total number of club members remaining (2,400) would then be men (2,000)? What percent of 2,400 is 2,000?
